Justin Cohen built his career from the ground up at Houston's — one of the most respected restaurant brands in the country. He became one of the youngest Regional Directors in Fox Restaurant Concepts history before transitioning to help build Riot Hospitality Group into a half-billion-dollar operation, serving as Chief Operating Officer. He served as Chairman of the Arizona Restaurant Association.
Along the way he developed a leadership philosophy rooted in servant leadership, emotional intelligence, and the belief that people — not systems — build great restaurants. After 25 years of leading teams, building cultures, and developing leaders at every level, he wrote it all down.
