Justin Cohen spent 25 years building some of the most respected hospitality operations in the country. He started at Houston's, became one of the youngest Regional Directors in Fox Restaurant Concepts history, and went on to serve as COO and Partner of Riot Hospitality Group — a half-billion-dollar multi-concept company. He served as Chairman of the Arizona Restaurant Association. Today he is selectively partnering with growth-stage hospitality organizations on leadership, culture, and operational excellence. Restaurant Leadership is the culmination of that journey.
